RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, send an email to espellbee@gmail.com from your Registered Email Address with Participants Name, Class, Section, Name of the School, School Postal Address, Participants Postal Address, Round Details, Payment Details like Date, Payment Reference Number and other related Data. We may ask you more necessary information to confirm the correctness of Information Provided and to speed up the Delivery of Return Process Request

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
